In his new role he will manage a portfolio of brands, including Mr Kipling and Cadbury cakes, and Hartley’s, Robertson’s and Frank Cooper’s spreads and preserves.Gillian WattDouble D Food EngineeringGillian Watt has been appointed customer service administrator with Double D Food Engineering, as the company aims to enable quicker and more efficient processing of routine requests, allowing the service department to concentrate on more technical issues.Watt is responsible for managing and scheduling service enquiries by pinpointing the position and availability of the nearest service engineer, using a Global Positioning System. She will also route spare parts enquiries through an Enterprise Resource Planning system to ensure same-day dispatch.
