Former Syracuse point guard, Hart to take assistant coaching job at USC

He was also an SU point guard from 1996-2000, averaging 11.4 points, 5.4 assists and 3.3 rebounds per game.  He then played 10 seasons in the NBA with nine different teams.Current SU assistant and fellow Southern California native Mike Hopkins interviewed for the head coaching position at USC, but was passed up for Enfield, after which Jim Boeheim the Trojans could not have hired a better candidate than Hopkins.
