County CCC cautious ahead of hurling replay

first_imgClub games in Tipperary have been put on the back burner as the county’s Senior Hurlers prepare to do battle with Kilkenny once again.Following Sunday’s draw the Competitions Control Committee in Tipp were left with a fixtures headache.While conscious of the need to complete the Divisional and County club championships a decision was made last night to defer all games which might impact on players on the Tipp panel. This coming weekends North Tipp senior hurling final between Burgess and Nenagh Eire Og is going ahead as neither club features county players.Chairman of the South Board Joe Brennan says it was a fairly easy decision to make to call of their divisional final this weekend between Killenaule and Mullinahone.last_img
